Sales Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal:

We present merchandise as accurately as possible.  All items are antique, collectible or vintage, and consequently will show signs of age, use or wear.  Please look carefully at each item you wish to purchase as there is no refund policy.

Privacy Policy:

You can be assured that we will never give your private information, including your name and address, to any marketing firm or any other person.

Shipping Policy:

All items that require shipping will be packed with extreme care and ASAP.  We package items very carefully and do our best to prevent any shipping damage.  Our normal form of shipping is UPS or U.S. Post Office.  Shipping charges will be assessed on an individual bases.  When purchasing larger items such as furniture, the customer will be responsible for arranging shipping.  Antiques on the Square will gladly assist as much as possible.

Mechanical Items Policy:

Part of the mystic of antique items is that they bring back childhood memories.  We try to make sure all our items are in good condition.  However, we cannot guarantee antique toys, electrical items and vintage mechanical for reliability.  Many of these items are quite old and fragile and may not have been used for years.
